This document lists the proxy voting records for Financial Investors Trust (the “Trust”), which is the legal entity that serves as the registered investment company for the Seafarer Funds. Each of the Seafarer Funds constitutes a “series” of the Trust managed by Seafarer Capital Partners. The Trust also contains other series (i.e., funds) that are sponsored and managed by other registered investment advisers.
